Acceptance of Terms
By browsing, accessing, or using our website, submitting an inquiry via our contact or quote forms, or executing a Service Engagement Agreement with Quickpros Inc (“QuickPro Consulting”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations.
If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a company, partnership, or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you possess the requisite authority to bind that entity to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of this website and our services.
Scope of Services
QuickPro Consulting offers non-attest small business accounting support, professional bookkeeping, financial data reconciliation, payroll processing support, backlog catch-up cleanup, and software configuration consulting (including Intuit QuickBooks and Sage environments).
Specific deliverables, response intervals, scheduled closing deadlines, and project milestones are defined within individual client proposals and Service Agreements executed between Quickpros Inc and the client.
Client Responsibilities & Document Accuracy
Our ability to deliver precise, audit-ready financial records depends upon your timely delivery of complete and truthful source documents, receipts, bank/credit statements, payroll journals, and account credentials.
- Timely Document Submission: Clients agree to upload requested bank statements, merchant feeds, and vendor bills by the agreed cutoff dates each month.
- Truthfulness and Accuracy: You certify that all transaction descriptions, expense categorizations, and invoices provided to us are authentic and business-related.
- Secure Access: You agree to provide restricted Accountant/Bookkeeper access roles rather than sharing master credentials whenever supported by your banking or software platform.
Consultation & Quote Requests
Information submitted through our website quote, consultation, or contact forms constitutes an inquiry only and does not establish a formal, binding client relationship.
Quotes provided via phone or email are good for thirty (30) days from issuance and are contingent upon verification of actual transaction volume, bank account counts, and prior-year book condition.
Fees, Payment Terms & Billing
Our ongoing monthly bookkeeping plans are billed on a predictable flat-rate monthly subscription, debited at the beginning of each service cycle. Historical catch-up cleanup projects require an upfront deposit as defined in your scope agreement.
- Automatic Billing: Monthly recurring retainers are billed via credit card or authorized ACH electronic draft.
- Volume Adjustments: If your monthly business transaction volume exceeds your enrolled tier by more than 20% for two consecutive months, we will notify you before adjusting your plan to the matching tier.
- Late Payments: Accounts with payments overdue by more than fifteen (15) days may experience a pause in active book closing until balances are settled.
Important Non-CPA & Legal Notice
Professional Scope Clarification
Quickpros Inc provides bookkeeping, reconciliation, management financial reporting, and operational accounting consulting. We are not a licensed Certified Public Accounting (CPA) firm and do not provide statutory financial audits, attest opinions, or certified legal advice.
We prepare clean, tax-ready financial packages (Balance Sheets, Profit & Loss, General Ledgers) specifically designed for handoff to your chosen external CPA or tax attorney for final income tax filing.
Software Subscriptions & Third-Party Platforms
Clients maintain primary ownership and direct subscription billing of their software licenses (such as QuickBooks Online, Desktop, Sage, Gusto, or ADP) unless explicitly bundled under a wholesale agreement.
QuickPro Consulting is not liable for server downtime, software bugs, data losses, or API outages caused by third-party software vendors.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quickpros Inc and its directors, staff, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, business disruption, or tax penalties resulting from incomplete, late, or inaccurate records supplied by the client.
In all events, our total cumulative liability arising out of or related to our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client to Quickpros Inc during the three (3) months preceding the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Quickpros Inc, its officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or legal costs arising out of your breach of these Terms, misrepresentation of financial transactions, or unauthorized use of our website or services.

Cancellation & Termination
We believe in earning your business every single month. Monthly recurring bookkeeping services may be canceled at any time by providing a thirty (30) day written notice via email. Upon cancellation, we complete the ongoing cycle's closing and hand over all final financial packages and ledger access cleanly.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada, and applicable federal laws, without regard to conflicts of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith informal negotiation before seeking formal mediation or legal proceedings.
